The Power of Wing Chun

Title: My Wing Chun Diary

Size: 18"x24"
Year: 2007

The below image demonstrates how the Wing Chun structure really works. A good Wing Chun fighter can only be effective if the practitioner has a solid understanding of the science behind the Wing Chun body structure. Unlike other Martial-Arts which use torque or kenetic energy to engage the opponent, Wing chun uses the entire body weight and structure (legs, hip, and elbow) to deflect, redirect, and attack the opponent. This image of the Forearm Forklift, illustrates the power the elbow joints.

Yup it's a real product. All the weight is placed on your elbow joints, which is a strong power point and makes use of fewer muscles... big ones at that. So instead of using your fingers, forearms and biceps, you would waste less energy and pain doing it this way.

can you put bigger version of the poster because the text is unreadable so now the low resolution pretty much wastes the point it being there. thanks
